Orange Marmalade Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 Lb. boneless pork loin, cut into strips

½ cup corn oil

½ cup sliced almonds

1/3 cup orange marmalade

½ lb. broccoli crowns, bl

Preparation

In a large skillet or electric frying pan, heat the oil. Add the pork, almonds, broccoli and marmalade and cook until the pork is cooked through (145 degrees, mildly pink).

Remove from heat.


Serve over brown rice (made with orange juice in place of the water ) or serve on its own.
